Can I cancel?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual subscriptions run for the full term.

What does the implementation fee actually buy me?

EHR integration setup, staff training, custom specialty templates configured to your workflows, and a dedicated onboarding specialist for your first 90 days. For RCM, it also includes payer enrollment and billing workflow integration.

What if we already have a billing service we like?

Keep them. The platform delivers value without RCM. When your billing contract ends — or when you're ready to consolidate — RCM is already built into the platform and ready to turn on.
